I’m hitting reset
I’ve hit reset, and I’m starting fresh.
For the past couple of months, I’ve been stuck in a plateau, and I’ve struggled with just about everything. So, to help me break out of my rut, I’ve decided to reset my life and start building and working towards the life I want to be living.
It definitely won’t be easy, but I’m ready for the challenge and have a newfound motivation that I hope will keep me going when things get tougher.
I also plan on documenting my journey on YouTube as something I can look back on and be proud of the progress I’ve made – that’s if I can stick to it (which, hopefully, I can).
So, what’s changed?
My love for hiking has grown immensely, and so has my desire to become a triathlete. Overall, I want to start focusing more on conscious living and mindful movement.
Conscious living: Creating healthy habits for myself and the planet. To live as sustainably as I can at that time.
Mindful movement: Moving my body in ways I enjoy without harming the planet (or doing as little damage as possible). All while training to perform as the athlete I hope to be.
I’m hoping to publish a new blog post every second week, or even better, every week. But only time will tell, and depending on how my organisational skills go – I may or may not achieve this.
I plan on sharing a lot of hiking tracks, spots and routes in my hiker review category, and of course I’ll be documenting my fitness journey in my training and fitness category. These two will probably be the most populated categories early on, but I’ll also be sure to share a lot of lifestyle and sustainable living content.
What matters most is that I’m excited to regain control of my life and blog again. And I hope you’re ready to join me.
