Back in March, I published two posts for my Becoming Better series: an introduction post and a how to get started post. I published them with the hope that I would work towards becoming a better person and have my own ‘glow up’. That didn’t happen, and I’ve since deleted those posts. However, I’m revisiting my idea.
I’m ready to work towards my ‘glow up’ and become my own goals.
Revisiting becoming better
So, what is becoming better?
It’s my self-development journey where I focus on becoming a better person, hence the name. It’s my own ‘glow up’ that goes beyond my appearance. I’ll be building routines, creating habits and overall improving my lifestyle. I’m trying to re-haul my life and create something sustainable rather than having a quick fix.
It’s about challenging myself.
It’s about being my OWN goals.
It’s about improving myself for myself.
My aim is to create a life where I’m constantly learning and improving skills. I want to become stronger, healthier, fitter and happier as well as living a sustainable and slow life.
So, I’m going to focus on my own personal development and lifestyle changes. I’m going to take it one step at a time (or knowing me I’m going to try it all at once) and just attempt to become better.
I’m going to be documenting my journey through blog posts and YouTube videos. I’m also going to share my process if you’re wanting to start your own self-development journey.
